Q: what does Custom Order - Pre-Order mean?

A: When you preorder a custom creation, your handmade crochet item will be made to order. This means it’s not sitting on a shelf, it’s lovingly created after you purchase. Production usually takes about 1–3 weeks depending on the design. You’ll get a notification once it’s finished and on its way!

Q: Can I request specific colors or designs?

A: Absolutely! Many of our crochet pieces can be customized. You can leave your color or style preferences in the notes at checkout, or contact us directly before ordering to confirm availability. Every item is handmade, so small variations make each one unique — that’s part of the charm!

Q: When will my custom/pre-order ship?

A: Customs are made in the order they’re received. Most items ship within 2–3 weeks, but larger or custom designs may take a little longer. You’ll receive an email update once your order is finished and ready to go. If you ever need an item by a specific date, just reach out — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Q: Why does it say “Sold Out” on some custom items?

A: Sometimes custom or preorder items are marked as “Sold Out” temporarily. This doesn’t mean they’re gone forever — it just helps us manage production and make sure every handmade piece gets the time and care it deserves. Once we catch up on orders, those items will be restocked and available again soon!
